Common Ground and Common Ground Gatherings are trading names, where the abbreviations CG and CGG may also be used. For the purposes of payments, contracts and obligations, CG and CGG are operated by Accept Management Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08029064. Our website provides you with the opportunity to purchase tickets for Common Ground Gatherings; events operated by Accept Management Ltd under the trading names of Common Ground or Common Ground Gatherings. These terms and conditions set out the details associated with and applicable to any purchase you may make from us. 

The details of what is included within any ticket purchased will be listed within the relevant event page(s) and ticket purchase page(s). We reserve the right to make reasonable alterations to the event make up and agenda when circumstances dictate. It is your responsibility to read the full event description and ticket type options (if relevant) prior to your purchase as we are unable to rectify issues arising as a result of your mistake or failure to read the necessary detail. 

Frequently during the ticket purchase period or post the purchase but before the event, we may ask you for specific personal details pertinent to the event’s content. You are not obliged to share these with us however you acknowledge that not to do so may alter your experience of the event. Any details shared with us are subject to our [Privacy Policy] and are deleted within 28 days following the relevant date (unless retention of some elements is required by law). 

Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the occasion that you are no longer able to attend an otherwise sold out event, we may agree to try and resell your ticket(s) for you but no guarantees of resale can be made and we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administration fee for resale. 

If you purchase a ticket using one of our payment plans but fail to make all necessary subsequent payments then you will not be entitled to a refund for any payments already made as part of the plan. Our headshot photoshoot available to the first twenty bookers offer is not available to those taking out payment plans.

We use Stripe to facilitate payments for our events. You can read their Privacy Policy detailing how they use your data to process these payments here

We work with our venue partners to ensure the security of our staff, attendees, suppliers and venue partners. In the event that you behave in a way that threatens the safety of any of these or is otherwise in breach of venue behaviour expectations then both we and our venue partners reserve the right to eject you from the venue and the event. Similarly we reserve the right to refuse admission if we have reasonable evidence that suggests you may behave in such a way or if you seek admission whilst behaving in such a way. 

By attending one of our events, you understand and agree that you may be photographed, filmed and / or recorded both for security purposes (eg CCTV) and / or promotional purposes by CGG. You and anyone else attending with you understand and agree that resulting photographs, videos, audio recordings and any other materials may be used in any and all media. You may object to such use by specific request in writing to hello@commongroundgatherings.co.uk. For the avoidance of doubt, any such objections are made only in relation to the specific event in question and would not automatically apply to future events. 

If our event is cancelled, rescheduled or materially altered, we will make all reasonable endeavours to notify you of such changes as soon as possible.

If the event is cancelled, you will receive a refund for your ticket price.

If the event is rescheduled or materially altered, you will be provided with the opportunity to transfer your tickets to the new event or to receive a refund for your ticket price. 

For the avoidance of doubt, CG, CGG and Accept Management will not accept liability for any ancillary costs incurred by the ticket purchaser, such as accommodation and travel. Similarly we will not be liable to you for failure to perform our obligations if any such failure is caused by force majeure (meaning any cause beyond our reasonable control including acts of god, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defence requirements, acts or regulations by national or local governments or law enforcement). This clause does not affect the terms of any clauses specifically providing for a right of refund or replacement.
